Well about two months ago, the macbook again didn't showed up the booting screen (apple logo)...
Didn't had a lot of time to keep my blog up to date...
It was clear that the third time reflowing didn't repaired it forever...
I decided to buy some equipment to reball the GPU...
You can find the equipment in e**y for about 45USD:
Then I tried to get the GPU off the LogicBoard... with the hot air gun...
It's really difficult without a pre heater.
I tried it 3 times and I think with the last try I fried the GPU...
So I ordered a new GPU Chip (G84-602-A2) for about 25USD which already has balls (so no need for the equipment -.- ).
As I received the new GPU, I took my hot air gun and and took away the old GPU...
I used Kapton Tape and aluminium tape as seen in some youtube videos (bioboymg - BGA Removal)
Finally I got away the old one and was very mad against myself:
I think I was a bit to rude with the board...
Today I ordered a new LogicBoard. Used, Tested and Fully Working <- Hopefully true =)

Update: Received the new "refurbished" LogicBoard... Macbook works again!
